Couples & Relationship Therapy

Relationship therapy allows you to work through issues in your current relationship, look at how past relationships may be affecting your current one, and explore ways of improving and strengthening your relationships in the future.

I believe my primary role is to help you improve your responses to each other without violating your integrity, core values or deeply held principles.

The major aim of relationship therapy is increasing your knowledge about yourself, your partner and the patterns of interaction between you.  Therapy becomes effective as you apply new knowledge to break ineffective patterns and develop better ones.

Sex Therapy

I am trained in Assessing and Treating Sexual Issues in Psychotherapy.
I am part of an ongoing group to keep up to date with knowledge and training in this field.

Sex Therapy is a space to explore challenges or questions around sex, intimacy, desire and connection, without judgement.

People come to Sex Therapy for all kinds of reasons, including:

• Feeling disconnected from desire.
• Difficulties with arousal or orgasm.
• Pain or discomfort during sex.
• Navigating different libidos in your relationship.
• The impact of stress, shame, identity, or trauma with sexuality.
• Wanting to reconnect with pleasure.

Other areas I work with include:

Desire Discrepancy
Sexual Dysfunctions - Vaginismus, Vaginal Atrophy (dryness)
Delayed/Premature Ejaculation
Erectile Dysfunction
Increasing Sexual Function and Pleasure
